Prepare the Package
Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is in its original, unworn condition.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it securely to the outside of your return parcel, ensuring no old labels are visible.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to your local postal carrier or drop it off at an authorized shipping point, keeping your tracking receipt until your refund is processed.
